-Circular No. 02 of 2012.
This is briefly explained as follows:–

Part I – Ordinance

1.       On page I-62F Circular No. 29 of 2008 dated December 24, 2008 has been amended by Circular No. 02 of 2012 dated January 16, 2012. This provides that the Commission may allow Non-Profit Companies registered u/s 42 to invest in associated companies etc. subject to such conditions as it may impose.
