Part I – Companies Ordinance, 1984

1.    On page 306A, SRO 411(I)/2008, dated April 28, 2008 has been reproduced. This requires compliance with the requirements of IAS-29 and IFRS-7 & 8 in the preparation of financial statements of listed companies re: investment in associates.

2.    On page 528, SECP’s Circular No. 8 of 2008, dated May 8 2008 has been reproduced. This is re: Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES).
