These are briefly explained as follows:–

Part I – Companies Ordinance, 1984

       1.     On page 528, Circular No. 12 of 2010 dated July 01, 2010 has been reproduced. This is re: Re-launching of Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES).

       2.     On page 534, Circular No. 17 of 2010 dated July 08, 2010 has been reproduced. This is re: Re-launching of Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES)-Notice period for holding Extraordinary General Meeting.

       3.     On page 559, Circular No. 13 of 2010 dated July 01, 2010 has been reproduced. This is re: Re-launching of Companies Regularization Scheme (CRS).

      4.      On pages 691 onwards, Sixth Schedule has been amended by SRO 656(I)/2010 dated July 14, 2010 to change the Fees.
